These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the Jilishot platform, including the website and mobile app. Jilishot is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform operated for players in Bangladesh.

These terms are available in both English and Bengali. The Bengali version shall be considered the definitive version in the event of any discrepancy. These terms take effect as a legally binding agreement between you and Jilishot from the moment you register.

• This service is available to individuals aged 18 and above only.
• Access is not permitted from countries or regions where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• Jilishot reserves the right to limit or discontinue its services at any time, at its sole discretion.
• It is the user's sole responsibility to read and understand these terms.

To open an account on jilishot, you must meet the eligibility criteria below. All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

You must be at least 18 years old to register an account on Jilishot. A copy of your National ID or passport may be requested at any time for age verification purposes. If an account is found to be used by a minor, it will be suspended immediately and all balances may be forfeited.

Only one Jilishot account is permitted per person, household, IP address, or device. Operating multiple accounts is a serious violation and may result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

• Keep your password confidential and do not share it with anyone.
• We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately.
• You are fully responsible for all activity carried out through your account.

Jilishot supports Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfers for financial transactions. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Withdrawals can only be made using the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals exceeding ৳5,000 may be held until KYC verification is complete.
• Bonus funds can only be withdrawn after the specified wagering requirements have been met.
• Jilishot may temporarily suspend withdrawals if suspicious activity is detected.

Jilishot offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer comes with its own terms that must be read before acceptance. Claiming a bonus means you agree to all associated terms and conditions.

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. A wagering requirement must be met to convert bonus funds into withdrawable cash — typically 15 to 30 times the bonus amount.

• Bonuses must be used within the specified period from the date they are credited.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Certain games may not be eligible for wagering using bonus funds.
• Jilishot reserves the right to void bonuses in cases of suspected bonus abuse.
• Bonus abuse may result in account suspension.

Sports Betting and casino games on jilishot are subject to a set of general rules designed to ensure the platform runs fairly and every player has an equal experience.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game or event.
• Additional verification may be required for high-value bets.
• Jilishot reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet.

• All game outcomes are determined by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology.
• Official results are considered final for Sports Betting.
• Stakes for bets cancelled due to technical errors will be refunded.
• Any disputes regarding game results must be reported to support within 72 hours.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Jilishot platform. Violations may result in account suspension or permanent closure, and all balances may be forfeited.

• Fraud & Cheating: Using any software, bots, or strategies to manipulate game outcomes.
• Multiple Accounts: Running multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or for any other purpose.
• Bonus Abuse: Placing artificial bets solely to meet bonus requirements, also known as "bonus hunting".
• Money Laundering: Using the platform to launder illicit funds.
• Third-Party Accounts: Operating an account in someone else's name or placing bets on another person's behalf.
• Chargeback fraud: Filing false claims with your bank or payment provider after a payment has been made.
• Hacking or Cyber Attacks: Attempting to probe or exploit security vulnerabilities on the platform.

Jilishot follows international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies. As a result, identity verification (Know Your Customer — KYC) is required before processing transactions above a certain amount.

• A clear photo of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• A recent utility bill or bank statement (for proof of address).
• A photo ID along with a selfie may be required.

KYC verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours. If the submitted documents are incomplete or unclear, you may be asked to resubmit them. Large withdrawals will not be approved until KYC verification is complete.

Jilishot may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances.

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• If registration using false information is proven.
• For legal reasons, as directed by the relevant authorities.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

If there is a valid balance in your account at the time of closure and there is no breach of our rules, that balance will be returned to you. However, if the account is closed due to a rule violation, the balance may be forfeited.

You may close your Jilishot account at any time by emailing our support team.

Jilishot believes gaming should be a source of enjoyment, not harm. We care about the mental and financial wellbeing of all our members, which is why we offer the following features.

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
